You Built It, You Bought It.

May 22, 2011

You’ve got a sweet tooth, you bought your favourite morsel from the corner store and carried it home. It’s got dried pineapple from South America, macadamias from Madagascar and ted nugent from Michigan…. If we ignore your own physical exertion, what’s your carbon footprint?… Zero! Protesters are not rioters!

June 28, 2010

Corporate news labels protesters violent by focusing on rioters. The overwhelming majority of protesters are actually non violent. Love em, hate em, they’re hippies and they’re pacifists- not rioters. Corporate wants the general public to miss the point. As usual, they polarize the issue. For me to be an actual member of this democratic tribe I need to have some sort of state legitimized ‘say’ on how we proceed. With partisan politics and government thoroughly infested with corporate influence, my opinion is completely un-registrable within the governing of this group- I am not a voting member. (more…)

“Merry Christmas”

December 24, 2009

Yes, I said it. I’m not encouraging worship of Jesus. Nor am I trying to offend anyone. Its just a greeting, relax. “Happy holidays” and “xmas” are great, and if you find Christmas offensive please feel free to use these alternatives. . . .but why do you find “Merry Christmas” offensive? (more…)

God? . . . its about 50/50

October 26, 2009

Is there a God? Flip a coin. If its heads there is, if its tails its the other way. God or no god is a question resolved once- hopefully when you die. (more…)
