Working “Full” Time

Employers will always prefer to pay you cash instead of benefits. Benefits will ensure you are taken care of, cash is not so definite. When an employer pays cash only to full time employees, they only have an obligation to the pay rate- not to your needs. There is no guarantee full time employment for cash will support you.
